Refund & Return Policy

We want Nappilos™ orders to feel safe and parent-friendly. This policy explains returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item support. Last updated: May 4, 2026.

Return window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Refund process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit where applicable.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact support@nappilos.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.

Exchanges

Size, variant, or product exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer refund or store credit options.

Non-returnable products

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items.
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive baby or plush products unless defective.
  • Customized, clearance, final-sale, or promotional bundle items where marked non-returnable.
